How long will it take to receive my product?
Expected delivery times:
For small items (pillows, wallpaper, rugs): 3 weeks
For large items (armchairs, sofas, double beds): 12 weeks
The exception to this is “The Year of the Fire Horse 2026 – 237 piece Limited Edition Lucky Pillow,” which has a delivery time of 10 business days.
Expected delivery times are subject to change if, for unforeseen reasons, we are unable to deliver your order within the specified time frame. In such cases, we will notify you.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping fee depends on the gross purchase price of the ordered products, as well as the weight of the product and the shipping address.
Shipping small products within Hungary costs EUR 5.
Shipping large products within Hungary costs approximately EUR 50-100, the exact amount depending on the address provided by the Customer.
The fees do not include placing the furniture in your home or on your floor.
Can I pick up the product in person?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your order in person.
For large items (armchairs, sofas, double beds): Bevlo Textil Kft., 1063 Budapest, Szinyei Merse u. 13. fszt. 4.
For small items (pillows, wallpaper, rugs):
Varró Kárpitos Műhely, 1163 Budapest, Cziráki utca 26-32.
We will send you an email (or in some cases a phone call) to let you know when your furniture is ready for pickup.
How are small items shipped within Hungary?
Smaller items are delivered by MPL, DPD, or EXPRESS ONE courier services.
How are large products shipped within Hungary?
Shipping large products within Hungary always requires a custom calculation, so after you place your order, our staff will contact you to discuss the details.
The shipping of large products within Hungary costs approximately EUR 50-100 / HUF 20,000-30,000, the exact amount depending on the address provided by the customer.
How are products shipped abroad within the EU?
Delivery is carried out by DPD or EXPRESS ONE courier service.
Delivery of products to foreign addresses always requires individual calculation, so after placing your order, our staff will contact you to discuss this.

Shipping outside the EU requires individual calculation in each case, so our staff will contact you after you place your order to discuss this. Shipping outside the EU costs approximately EUR 50-100/HUF 20,000-30,000, which may vary from country to country.
The product arrived damaged. What should I do in this case?
When receiving the shipment, please always check the integrity of the package (in the presence of the courier)! If the package has been damaged during transport, the shipment must also contain a damage report. In this case, or if the package is damaged and there is no report, you must contact the courier service with your complaint. Our online store cannot accept any responsibility for damage that may occur during shipping. However, if you have any problems or questions, please call our customer service within 48 hours and we will try to help.
